Paul was such a kind and caring person. Being a neighbour of Paulโs he always took the time to stop and speak - always asking for the dogs and given them things when he saw them. We had some great summer nights with Paul at BBQโs we held with lots of laughs and great memories. Rest in peace Paul. You will be missed.

Remembering some happy times, when Natasha and Jodie were still wee girls, and Robert a young man. I visited the house often. How you both made your dad so happy. Paul was a man with one of the kindest hearts I ever knew. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss and I'm sorry I cannot come to pay my respects in person. Best wishes to you.

From childhood too here, we done many miles and places together Nessy and you were always the best company. Always hard to take when one of our own goes to soon. Heartbroken for Robert, Tasha, Jodie and wee Ariana. As they did in life, they are doing you proud now. Until our paths cross on the other side my pal, Shine On You Crazy Diamond. HH Feeney

Paul you will be sorely missed. Itโs still hard to believe we will not see you again. We had many laughs together many times we also cried together we told each other lifeโs stories and for a small while we supported each other through hard times. We called you the Guru because you were so wise when it came to advice and when I listened to you it helped. You told me how much your family ment to you and I know you love them dearly this is what hurts all I wanted was to see you live your life along side us who loved you. I will always have great memories of us together. Lots of love Gilly x

Attending a funeral FAQs
What should I wear?
We normally associate wearing black with going to a funeral. But it is increasingly typical for families to express a preferred dress code. Our advice is to look out for information from the family in a notice published either in newspapers, online or in the funeral director window to advise you of their preference.
How long does a service last?
Typically a service in most churches or crematoria lasts around 20-30 minutes. A formal mass may take a little longer and we would expect this to be nearer an hour. Finally, burials can vary in length as they are weather dependent.
Where should I sit?
Family and close friends typically reserve the first couple of rows in a service. We recommend sitting nearer the front than the back of a service space in order to support the family and enabling late arrivals to discreetly fill back rows.
Where should I send flowers?
Often a family will express a preference for flowers - or charity donations in lieu of flowers. We recommend you keep an eye on notices posted in newspapers, or online or in the funeral director window so you are able to follow their wishes.
